Ticket Refund & Exchange Policy

Refunds

We do not offer refunds on any concert or event ticket unless we are unable to fulfill the ticketed event (it is cancelled or rescheduled). Tickets can be refunded as a donation to the PSO, for which you will receive an acknowledgement for tax purposes. This option is only available prior to the event.

Exchanges

Subscription tickets: If you are a subscriber, you have tickets to every concert in our season. We do not offer exchanges across seasons or events (meaning you cannot exchange a ticket to a concert in one season for a concert in a future season, or exchange tickets to one event for additional tickets to a different event). We always offer seating exchanges to subscribers should you prefer a different seat or wish to bring guests to be seated together! (Cost differences may apply).

Single tickets: If you are holding single sale tickets and cannot attend the event, we can exchange your tickets for another show in the same season. This must be done 48 hours prior to the original ticketed event. We cannot guarantee the same seats will be available. (Cost differences may apply)
